Electricity is based on personal usage. For Studios: **$50-$75/mo, 1 Bedrooms: *$50-75/mo, and 2 Bedrooms: *$50-100/mo. Internet is 300MB fiber optic from USI, which costs $55 per month. Trash is charged at a flat rate of $10 for studios, $15 for 1 bedrooms, and $20 for 2 bedrooms. Water and waste bill back uses a Ratio Utility Billing System as outlined in the Utility Addendum in the Lease. The bill back is based on a per person usage of $15-25, per person.
Enjoy peace of mind, knowing that your vehicle is right here with you. You can claim a parking space at Akin for $150 per month for parking throughout your lease term, and $175 for a month to month option. EV parking is $175 per month.
We understand that life isn't always the same, which is why parking is offered on a flexible month-to-month basis rather than being built into a traditional lease term. You can add or remove parking at any point.
Life is better with a companion! Pets are welcome at Akin, but we do charge a one-time $200 pet fee up front as well as an additional $50 per month for a dog or $35 per month for a cat.
There is no size limit, and we allow a maximum of 2 pets per home. Please be aware, however, that we do follow the ASPCA guidelines for restricted breeds.
When you apply, you instantly reserve your new home! The application fee of $50 per applicant is due upfront along with a one-time administrative fee of $150 and a $500 security deposit.
Your security deposit is held throughout the entire duration of the lease and is fully refunded to you if your apartment is left in excellent condition. If you decide to not proceed with a lease, the $500 deposit will also be refunded. The application and admin fees are non-refundable.
