When you apply, you instantly reserve your new home! The application fee of $50 per applicant is due upfront along with a one-time administrative fee of $150 and a $500 security deposit. Your security deposit is held throughout the entire duration of the lease and is fully refunded to you if your apartment is left in excellent condition. If you decide to not proceed with a lease, the $500 deposit will also be refunded. The application and admin fees are non-refundable.
We are proud to be a pet-friendly community! Residents may have up to two dogs or cats, with no breed or weight restrictions. As part of our application process, we utilize a third-party pet screening company for all residents. This includes pet owners, non-pet owners, and those with certified service or ESA animals.
Pet rent starts as low as $30 per month, per pet, and the one-time, non-refundable pet fee starts at $200. We do not charge a pet deposit. Pet rent and fees are subject to variation based on the third-party pet screening results.

You can claim a parking space at Akin for $175 per month for parking throughout your lease term, and $200 for a month to month option. EV parking is $225 per month. We understand that life isn't always the same, which is why parking is offered on a flexible month-to-month basis rather than being built into a traditional lease term. You can add or remove parking at any point.
We believe in making life simple for our residents, which is why all utilities are set up for you. Here's what you can expect to pay.Electricity is based on personal usage. For Studios and One Bedrooms: *$50-$75/mo, and 2 Bedrooms: *$50-100/mo. Water and waste bill back uses a Ratio Utility Billing System based on a per person usage of *$15-25, per person. Our technology package, including 300MB fiber optic internet connection from USI as well as SmartRent home features, is a flat fee of $65 per month. Trash is charged at a flat rate of $15/mo for studios, $20/mo for 1 bedrooms, and $25/mo for 2 bedrooms.*estimates for costs based on historical average and will vary depending on usage.
